12V Supply System Fault

Indicates a fault with the vehicle's DC system or low voltage battery. When illuminated, charging and discharging will cease. If the light stays on while driving, the vehicle will limit speed. When not charging or discharging, this light indicates the status of the DC and low voltage battery modules. If illuminated during driving, there is a problem with the DC or low voltage battery system. On DM-i hybrid models, this indicates a charging system, DC system or low voltage supply fault; the engine can continue to run but only until the battery is fully discharged.

Switch off non-essential electrical devices including air conditioning, fans and multimedia systems. Proceed immediately to your nearest authorised BYD service centre for inspection and repair.
