Parking System Fault

This warning light indicates low brake fluid or a brake system malfunction. If the light stays on continuously after starting the vehicle, it signals a fault with the Electronic Parking Brake (EPB) system. Park on level ground immediately to prevent the vehicle from rolling. The light also illuminates when there is a fault with the Intelligent Power Brake system.

If any of the following occurs, stop the vehicle immediately in a safe location and contact an authorised BYD service centre: the warning light illuminates when the vehicle is powered on and the brake fluid level is low; or the parking brake warning light and ABS warning light illuminate simultaneously. Warning: Continuing to drive with low brake fluid is extremely dangerous. Do not continue driving.
